Remembrance Day 2023

New Sussex Singers will be giving a concert for Remembrance Day at 7pm on Saturday 11th November at Holy Trinity Church in Cuckfield.

New Sussex Singers is a newly registered charity and a versatile chamber choir which gives regular concerts in the county. Their November concert will include a wonderful choral arrangement of Elgar’s Nimrod, selections from Hubert Parry’s Songs of Farewell and music by Ireland, Faure and others. The music will be interspersed with some poetry readings from war poets such as Wilfred Owen.
