Cuckfield Village Hall was purchased by Cuckfield Parish Council in 2015 in order to maintain this as a valuable village asset for the future. The Hall is a single storey building constructed in the 1950s and is located on London Lane, within walking distance of Cuckfield High Street. It has 2 large rooms available for hire, as well as a kitchen area and a secure garden.

Booking
Used by Cuckfield Pre-School Playgroup to provide care for pre-school children during term time, the hall can be booked outside these times for both regular hire or one off events such as children’s parties. The guidelines for the hall capacity are 150 standing, or 100 seated.
The rate of hire is £15.50 per hour up until 5pm, Monday to Sunday. This includes use of the kitchen and garden. This rate also applies to evening classes.
For evening events or parties the hourly rate is £24 per hour, with a minimum booking of 3 hours required.

Evening Function/Events
- All evening functions must be booked by a responsible adult aged 25 or over, who must also remain present for the duration of the event. This person will be responsible for ensuring that the terms and conditions of hire are adhered to during the event, and that the hall and garden are fully cleaned at the end of the event.
- Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of hire will result in the loss of the damage deposit.
