Senior railcards
The railcard vouchers can no longer be issued by the Parish Council.
We can, if you visit the office, issue you with a ‘unique code’ which you can use either over the telephone or on-line to benefit from the discounts available.
For new applicants, to issue the code, we will need:
- Proof of age
- Separate proof of residence in the village

Changes to bus service 31 - July 2020
Effective from 1 July, 2020
There are a number of changes to bus service 31 operated by Compass Bus happening from July 2020.

Compass 30 Haywards Heath Town Service
Revised to operate from The Ridgeway via Princess Royal Hospital and Vale Road to Haywards Heath and Lindfield. Section of route via America Lane transferred to service 39 (see below).
Compass 31 Uckfield – Haywards Heath - Lindfield
The full normal 31 timetable was restored on Monday 29 June 2020 – but unfortunately due to the roadworks at Penlands Road all journeys currently operate via Broad Street and London Road, in both directions, turning at Longacre Crescent. Apart from this the timetable is the same. Full details are on our website.
Compass 33 Hurstpierpoint – Haywards Heath - Crawley
To run between Hurstpierpoint and Haywards Heath only, Haywards Heath to Crawley section of route replaced by new service 62 (see below). All journeys to revert to using Rocky Lane instead of running via Wivlesfield Ote Hall Chapel.
Compass 39 Northlands Wood - Haywards Heath - Bolnore
Revised to run between Princess Royal Hospital to Bolnore via America Lane. Section of route via Vale Road transferred to service 30 (see above). Northlands Wood to Princess Royal Hospital withdrawn, alternative buses are available on service 31 and new service 62.
Compass 62 Haywards Heath - Crawley
New service replacing service 33 between Haywards Heath and Crawley on a similar frequency as before, with some journeys extended to Northlands Wood.
A summary of new Metrobus services from July 2020:
Metrobus 4 & 5 Pound Hill – Crawley – County Oak
Extended to Gatwick Airport with additional daily early morning journeys to the airport.
Metrobus 200 Horsham – Bewbush Gatwick Airport
Additional daily night time journeys added between Horsham, Bewbush & Gatwick Airport.
