ALLOTMENT SITES
RENTAL RATES AND REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Cuckfield Parish Council operate two allotment sites. One located at the end of Courtmead Road next to Holy Trinity Church and one located at Whitemans Green behind Halleighs on Brook Street.
Plots are measured in rods and vary in size from 2.5 rods to 8.0 rods.
One rod = 25 square metres.
Rental rate is £5.00 per rod, per annum.
Refundable deposit is £50.00 payable at the beginning of the tenancy and refunded at the end of a tenancy depending on the condition of the plot.

They are both popular sites with amazing views of the South Downs and Sussex Countryside.
Currently all plots have been rented but we do keep a waiting list. If you would like to be added to this please contact the Parish Council office.

Mid Sussex District Council also run allotments at Glebe Road. We understand the waiting list for this site has been reopened, please contact MSDC for further details.
